Please merge/defer to kikito/ansicolors

kikito/ansicolors is a fork which provides a LuaRock available on luarocks.org. It seems to have changed the code somewhat, in a good way. Can you please merge these changes, or defer to kikito/luarocks as being the upstream? That would clarify the situation for users.

Please provide lists of colors and attributes

I am using ansicolors in an application which itself doesn't care about color: it provides wrappers for command-line utilities, and colors their output. The colors are chosen by the user. Therefore, it would be nice to have a list of colors and attributes provided by the module. Currently, I have to hardwire these into my program, duplicating information already available to the module. This is useful for any application which offers configurable colors.
