Content screen height / floating footer

Describe the bug
Main content is not filling screen on /dao-race, leaving footer floating off bottom (display size 2560 x 1440).

Can be fixed by setting root / body div to .flex-col and main / content being .flex-grow.

I haven't managed to test this part yet, and I'm not sure how mongo will store it for now. Need to get some test applications w/ files uploaded to field "Helpful uploads".

Describe the bug
The DAO-Race is prone to sybil-attacks with fake-votings as well as fake-DAOs beeing submitted.

possible solution
If you dont want to restrict access to manualy KYCd or otherwise verified identities (for example by doing interviews), you could as well consider using idena-login.

DAO Race: Application ID Mapping

The application ids don't correspond with their contents.

Create a HS Legal Repository

Hi,

I wanted to organize Legal into Github, to collaborate on a Wyoming DAO LLC.

I thought it may be best to have a separate Repo rather send a PR to create a folder within the Race or Front End Repos.

Most Voted and Most Recent Buttons - Not click-able

Describe the bug
The "Most Voted" and the "Most Recent" buttons in the home page are not click-able.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://race-blond.vercel.app/
2. Login in using Discord
3. Try clicking on either "Most Recent" or "Most Voted"

Expected behavior
The buttons should be click-able and respectively re-direct to their proper pages.
