pblat produces empty output file

The author sent me the binary version of pblat compiled on his CentOS system. The program works now. :)

This was the reply from the author stating that the problem might have to do with the gcc version on my system. The binary version of the pblat program compiled on CentOS sent by the author is also as attached.

I had run pblat in CentOS 6.5 and that worked fine. I guess the gcc in your CentOS cluster might be an old version. But I am not sure whether that causes the problem.

I attach a binary pblat compiled in my CentOS. You can have a try with it in your system. Hope that will work.
