Every IPT installation need to be register in GBIF. So the link will be a link to the organisation register in GBIF ,so the organisation hosting the IPT ( INBO ). But in test mode the first organisation you create is the owner of the IPT.

Agreed, but the publisher currently listed is:

Which is the IPT installation itself, not the organization(s). It should be:

<http://www.gbif.org/publisher/0a16da09-7719-40de-8d4f-56a15ed52fb6/#Organization> a foaf:Agent ; foaf:name "Test Organisation #1" .

There was some confusing between the IPT and the Hosting Organisation
This is fixed now and changed in the mapping file

Question: if multiple organizations are linked to the IPT, which one will be listed as publisher?

The publisher of the catalog is the one hosting it
The rest will be mentioned as publishers of the datatsets
