Both bot and flask app cannot run at the same time

Description

Bot instance and Flask app cannot run at the same time

To reproduce

  1. Flask working, Bot not working
  • Send /ping command to bot and there is no reply
  • Normal interval notification still works
  1. Bot working, Flask not working

  • Normal interval notification does not work

Tasks

  • Multi thread both apps and share resource
  • Use locks to prevent data racing issue
