Little update, I'm trying flashing on Windows, and I get some different error message.
xcc: error: CreateProcess() failed with error: 2
xcc: error: unable to run command
libcompressor ERROR: Failed to compile decompressor-722112c1
Warning: F03128
Node id: 0 - Compression Failed, using uncompressed binary data.
xcc: error: CreateProcess() failed with error: 2
xmap: Error: Failed to assemble multi-tile startup.
Error: F03033 Failed to compile flash inquisitor.
I'm using the "16SoundsUSB_Firmware_REV_1_0.xe" file
from 16soundsusb.

Update, issue has been solved
this is cause by hardware error, U23 is misplaced
after track down this problem, and fix it with a hot air gun
firmware can be successfully upload to board (on linux)
If possible, can anyone recheck if U23 is correct in the released file?
"16SoundsUSB_PCB_Fab_Assembly_REV_1_0.zip"
there is also a chance may cause by PCB factory.
