Yes, IQ-TREE can support AVX512 instruction set (powered by the vectorclass library). And there were some compiled versions in the past. However, I discontinue providing the binaries as I don't see many users for it. However, if you have evidence that many would be interested in (say >= 10 users via commenting, upvoting etc) then we can support it. I'll leave this post open for a month or so...

PS: We don't have any AVX-512 CPUs to test such version, and thus can't work on this. Would you be able to try different settings of CMakeLists and test different version(s) on your machines? Once you have something that works, feel free to make pull request and we'll follow up.
