Some dialogue options for Succubus with Arushale (Her recognizing your nature and questioning if you're only toying with crusade) + Nocticula (some interaction about your powers coming from other source) + some other dialogues with other characters during romance.
Some interactions with the Angel whose name I've forgotten (the one with the demon wing) and with Hand of the Inheritor

Some Vampire Interaction with Zacharius where he comments on you being fully undead (when you meet him for the first time) & and some minor comment from the Vampire Advisor when you're on the Lich path.

If possible, a dialogue with Zacharius that will allow you to reject Lich Transformation and stick to Vampire.
It would be cool if it worked as a advanced mythic similar to Devil Mythic path, but I guess it would be very hard to implement, so you could always change the Lich mythic a bit:
Due to dialogue choice Zacharius becomes angry and attacks you(like when you don't make enough sacrifices), but You still get +1 to mythic from some other source later, You don't turn into a skelly boy and are no longer gray.

Areelu should see that something is wrong, since Isekai Protagonist's soul is there instead of her child's.

Areelu should depend on some previous choices or maybe even a background, because there are four types of Isekai,

1. The soul is replaced as you send them off to heaven and swear to finish their work for them
2. You and that soul merge and become one with all the strengths of either soul conveniently filling in the flaws in the other soul
3. You always were that soul and now just remember after some tragic event
4. There never was a soul as the body was already partially grown when it was dropped in the new world with you in it

Only two of those types would have something wrong with your soul while one would actually give you a good argument to yell about how hitting you with a truck was totally unessesary as they could have just asked you to go and save this world, as a responsible parent that wants their kid to do chores should do...

Ok I have a new dialogue idea I'm implementing.
In the prologue mongrel camp, when Horgus asks for help escaping the Kenabres caves in exchange for 1000 gold:

New Answer:

Two thousand gold... And your daughter joins my harem.

Horgus replies:

It shouldn't be too hard since there's an option to execute an action list when an answer is selected.

How about some "Holy" interactions similar to Angel Mythic Path for "Isekai Angel" and some flirty comments for "Isekai Succubus". I could give you a few ideas here and there.

Maybe add some options with Finnean? Or even give some Isekai options to upgrade them? Dont know how much can be changed due to the questline built into them.

I probably can't change finnean but more dialog options is a possibility. If you have specific ideas or any initial ideas we can expand upon then the implementation is pretty simple.
