(Please note that in this case, "Historical note", "Scope and Contents note", and "Processing Information Note" appear in the EAD itself. My preference is not to re-write those headings in the transformation.)

Please let me know if you want to go ahead and change "Controlled Access Headings" to "Indexed Terms"- it's an easy enough switch. If you want review the other headings I'm adding, you can see them here - just search for "not(ead:head)" to see the headings I'm adding when they're missing.

I started to look through these but it's hard to do from the doctor's office! I feel like I need to make a list and check it twice.

Let's use "Indexed Terms" for the main heading instead of "Controlled Access Headings" - if there are subheads in the EAD, we can let them fall where they may.
