Replace generic language such as "Learn more about this repository here" where "here" is a link with more descriptive text. Accessibility issue. Example: "Learn more about the Cook County Archives and Records Office" instead of the generic form, with the entire name as a link (? -- alternatively, "Learn more" could be the link -- check accessibility guidelines for this decision).

Keep the linked text "View collections at the Cook County Archives and Records Office." This link should go to a SERP with the selected term being that Archives. (It currently does nothing.)
