Missing asset car_white_1.png

hey @klemola,

awesome project, got me really excited to poke around and play with it.
I think the debug menu is missing an asset car_white_1.png:

Probably just forgot to check it in or sth. Rock on!

Known issue: cars may end up in a gridlock

Cars rely on collision only to make it through an intersection. There's nothing equivalent to turn lights for cars to anticipate where other cars are going. Once the pathfinding covers more than one cell/tile at a time, it's possible to make more realistic predictions and give priority to one of the currently gridlocking cars.

Cars stuck

The live demo, with four cars, had two of them stuck toggling between 0 and -20 m/s^2 acceleration (speed of 0 m/s)
