Hmm, I also have a contract to make a sub-orbital flight to test an engine between 73km and 80km. That's still pretty atmospheric, so I'm not sure if I can do that. My attempts so far have failed. Then again, I'm not quite sure that KSP counts as "sub orbital". Clearly it's been far too long since I actually played.

Also, KCT is awesome, and way better than the last time I used it.

We need to modify suborbital and orbital contracts to have sane altitudes. They operate off vessel situation, which will always be FLYING if in atmosphere.

Also, we haven't disabled Earth Science yet. That will be by setting landed/splashed multipliers to 0 in Celestial Body science params in RSS.cfg.

It's also worth noting that the next KCT will natively support multiple launch sites in RSS, so each site will have its own queue, storage, and upgrades!
