audiokeys's Issues

Up events have same velocity as down events

Is this by design or a bug?

I am merging both into a stream, but I have to mutate the up events to have velocity 0 in order to distinguish the note off events. Maybe I'm missing something...

Listen for octave change?

Is there a way to listen for octave changes? I see that the keyboard.down listener only fires on notes โ€“ not octave change. I have a dynamic keyboard that needs to know when the octave is changing to render the correct active piano keys. For know is use the keyboard.get('octave') for every keyboard.down event, but it doesn't feel like the best solution.

improvement on 2 octave kb mode

1 and/or - could increase octave and A and/or ' could decrease octave
4 and 8 could function as pitch bend or modulation up/down
F and K could decrease and increase velocity

I don't know js otherwise I'd fork and implement it myself

published on npm?

Great lib. I've been using AudioKeys in a few of my projects.

I typically install js libraries through npm, but I couldn't find it when I searched for it. Is it published on npm?

thanks!

Publish on npm

Would be great to be able to install this through npm npm install --save audiokeys.

Since your package.json is already setup, all you'd need to do is 'npm publish'
