New release

Hi Daniel @moldyn-nagel,

I don't know if Steffen already discussed this with you, but I'm currently working on a fastpca conda package. The package should ideally be built from an official version of the software, so I tried from the 0.9 release (commit d8df689). However, compilation fails, whereas it succeeds for the latest commit on the master branch.

Could you therefore create a new version on GitHub under https://github.com/moldyn/FastPCA/releases (0.10, 0.9.1 or similar) corresponding to the latest commit?

Usage of the code

Hello Lettis,

My name is Junteng Jia and I am a graduate student at Cornell University. Lately I am trying to calculate the principle components of a set of data. I successfully compiled your code (latest version), and I ran with the command:

$./fastpca --file test.txt --nthreads 8 --val eigenval.out --vec eigenvec.out

The test.txt file is very simple:
test.txt

However, I ran into the problem "Segmentation fault". Do you know what is going on here ?

std::bad_alloc

Dear Lettis,

When I am running the code to analysis a set of data we generated. I ran into this error message "std::bad_alloc". My data is a set of "100000 double precision" vectors, I think it might be the problem. Do you know how to fix this ?
