Hi - no I was showing what the load images from directory outputted (into the preview image), directly piping from load images from folder to the image overlay node does the same thing

What you need to understand is that Stable Diffusion basically cannot handle the alpha channel. Therefore, when loading an image, the alpha channel is extracted as a mask output, and only the RGB channel is outputted as the image. The Allor node provides several node that can combine and manipulating the alpha channel.
