Request: Separate key bindings and functions

Great work on the project so far! I think it would be great if you could separate the key bindings and functionality for situations where some keys are not available. I'm intending to use Clearly in a project that may involve some mobile devices, so I'd like to have some sort of toolbar that maps buttons to some of the meta functions.

Make visited links more distinguishable

Now every time I visit a link through clearly and come back to finish my reading, the link I clicked blends in with the other text so that I can't locate it as easily again.
A simple underline or another color for visited links would be a very nice feature.

Add page-snapshoting.

Similar to Ctrl+S and Ctrl+O in most editors.

Persistence is nice but since there is no Ctrl+Z, some form of backup is necessary.

No math for new document

When I create a new document by just adding a name to the url (such as http://clearly.pl/test), Math does not work.

If I look at the html source code, the math script tag is missing:

I guess it is only a matter of adding the above line after:

As a note, the feature does not work with Chrome (asciimath doesn't support it).

Make keyboard shortcuts available on a mobile

I can edit on my mobile, but I can not get my keyboard unless I click to edit, so I can not use [1]...[6] or [p] etc.

Could this be made available somehow on a mobile / tablet device?
