Add additional punctuation for splitting

As of v1.2, the script only splits by a few punctuation marks - ; , . :

This could be expanded to include ? !, and possibly others (other character sets)

Remove reliance on mpg123

As of v1.2, the script relies on mpg123 being installed. It would be preferable to allow the user to configure how they want the output of the script processed (through arguments as per #3). Possible options could be:

• Call mpg123 or other specified program
• Return list of TTS URLs for another program to parse and call
• Output to mp3 file
• Output raw mp3 (for piping into programs)

Allow command-line options

Rather than hard-coding the language and encoding variables, it would be nice to allow these to be passed as arguments at the command line.
