Add hotkeys and configuration options to README

The README is a bit sparse. Adding the default configuration and how to adjust the configuration to the README would be good documentation for people using the app. Also, it helps describe how the app works so someone can decide to install it or not.

Rewrite in Swift

Seriously. The code is just filled with craptastic redundancy due to Objective-C's primitivism. Swift would really rock here.

Enable Accessibility not work for Sandbox

Hi,if i enable app sandbox button Enable Accessibility not work.
How can i resolve?
App sandbox is required from apple.

Allow changing margin setting

Allow focusing another screen

Allow focusing another screen. At the moment, to switch to an app on another screen, I need to use the mouse.
