Error when running dosh outside of nix shell

It prints on starting

dosh: Could not find module `Dosh.Prelude'

I can ignore that message but than dosh freezes in the state

Incorrect import handling

I got dosh to run with nix develop and cabal run dosh.

When I type

In [1]: import Data.Time
In[2]: getCurrentTime

then first I get successful completion for getCurrentTime, but then when I execute the line I get

Err[2]: Variable not in scope: getCurrentTime
