set_mode() function now accepts an ActpackMode type instead of a string. Each actuator has a control_modes data class that can be used to pass ActpackMode arguments.
Deprecated: osl.knee.set_mode("current")
New: osl.knee.set_mode(osl.knee.control_modes.current)

Is there a convention to denote constant enums? Maybe all caps? osl.knee.CONTROL_MODES.current? Idk

The control_modes attribute is not a constant enum but a data class that contains the ActpackMode objects: voltage, current, position, and impedance. These objects require a DephyActpack instance to be passed as an argument. I have attached a code snippet to explain this better:
