Romania map

Hello,

I'm trying to use SVG to Mapael to get the map of Romania.
It works but in order to see the country map i have to scroll down.
The svg i'm using is this:

Hi there,
For now, there seems to be only equi-rectangular projections of maps in this repo.

What can we do in order to prepare the arrivals of maps using different projections?

A suggestion would be to store each maps on a separated folders based on projection:

• /mapael-maps/equi-rectangular/france/...
• /mapael-maps/mercator/france/...

What do you think?

One of your examples shows the ability to refresh the data. I wondered whether you could provide any further documentation as to how this can be achieved, and whether this jQuery plugin supports real time data through an API (e.g. import.io)?

New Maps on js/maps not accepted on dashboard

Im working on a dashboard that inclues some example maps, so I try to create a new map, but even in the folder the system doesnt accept any other map than the ones that are included already on that folder.

Should I run some line on terminal to include the new map on the dependences or something like that (sorry for the low level question, I see people here working on real issues but Ive been thinking about this for some time without finding any solution)

Two questions

We're trying to make a Latin America map using Maphael. Our live draft can be seen here.
We love it, but we don't speak javascript and have what might be some very basic questions on functionality.

1. Why is the height so big? There's a ton of white space beneath the map and we can't figure out how to correctly set the height.
2. possibly related: when we zoom in, it crops funny and when we zoom out, it remains cropped funny,

first I'd like to thank you for this great fork!
I really love it!

I have 3 simple questions which I can't seem to fix.

• I'd like to kill all the animations on the map. (mainly just the plot hover)
• I do got zoom on scroll, pinch etc, but I'd also like to some when pressed on a plot (relative to the position of the plot of course)
• Also on initial zoom my plots are not being updated and end up huge :(

HK doesn't seem to be autonomous on the world countries map (unless I'm missing something). If someone - who knows their way around this vector madness - could pull that out that would be bliss.

Correct SVG but map won't show ?

Hello,

I made a map of the UK divided by postal zones. However the SVG 2 Mapael tool will whether provide an uncorrect js file, because paths will be missing, or a correct js file in the case where I reduce the quality of the paths but then the map won't show in the mapael component.

I am trying to figure out how to go about creating a new map however I cannot identify where all the elements are from as each map JS file contains different elements, can anyone assist with a map of the African continent?

European Union Map: Northern Ireland is grouped with Ireland, not GB

Northern Ireland is grouped with Ireland, not GB

While this might be correct from a naming perspective, it is wrong with regard to the European Union since not GB is part of the EU, but the United Kingdom (that includes Northern Ireland) is.

I'll try to fix it at some point; however, I am new to GitHub and have yet to figure out how to contribute to a project.
