For programming languages list create modifier to open the link of trending page for that language

Parse Curated Lists and cache it all

• update md parsing lib
  • extract name and link from parsed line
  • check if parsed line is of correct format: '- name - description'
• load lists from github
  • parse lists
  • save everything to cache
