Set TTL on cache keys in order to time them out and allow use of a single redis instance.

Ideally we figure out some sort of caching solution for player pages...

but players are constructed based on the matches they play, which update dynamically. I don't think it's cacheable

Unless you want to cache for just a minute or so, but that's not useful until we have huge traffic
