Missing popup when 'main.*.chunk.js' has changed

Add dynamic game script loading and failsafe

## Short overview
The game script will now be determined during runtime. The identifier of
the game script will be used to load a modified game script from our
repo. If we don't detect the modified game script, we trigger a failsafe
and load the original game script instead.

### Benefits
 - Mod users don't have to update their userscript for small changes to
   the game script.
 - Mod users will be notified when a new game script is available and
   can report a missing game script by creating an issue. This can help
   make it quicker to get new modified game scripts released.
 - While users wait for a new modified game script, they still have the
   original unmodded game available.
