[Feature Request] Support for bcrypt_pbkdf as used by OpenSSH/Signify

Hi Patrick

First of all thanks for creating this library!

Currently I'm trying to implement OpenBSD's Signify as a Java library: JSignify.
Signify uses the same KDF as used for OpenSSH keys, let's call it bcrypt_pbkdf 1, 2

I tried to use bkdf, but it seems not to support bcrypt_pbkdf. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
So I thought i t would be nice if bkdf would support it ;).

One thing that might be not so cool is that the bkdf derive API currently works with a cost factor and the bcrypt_pbkdf API works directly with rounds.
Update: bcrypt_pbkdf-rounds seem to be not the same as bcrypt-rounds: bcrypt_pbkdf.

Signify's default round number is: 42 ...
