Collision detection fails occasionally

Collision detection occasionally fails.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a spot where you are surrounded by obstacles in one direction
2. Go back and forth in that direction
3. The ball eventually goes through one of the cubes

Flickering image

The image flickers crazily on my setup (NV 7600 GS on debian testing amd64 with the latest driver). Switching to double buffering solved the problem. I also had to swap the call to createWindow with the setting of initialDisplayMode for that to work:

initialDisplayMode $= [ WithDepthBuffer, DoubleBuffered ]
createWindow "Cuboid!"

Other than this, just add swapBuffers after flush.

cuboid-0.14.1 broken by Yampa update

unmarshalSpecialKey

Application is terminated when user hits one of modifier keys Alt Ctrl Shift with message:

cuboid: unmarshalSpecialKey: illegal value 113

Stack overflow (stack "leak")

Stack overflow issue when running the game for a considerable period of time (>5 mins).

I will profile it to try to identify the culprit.
