in order to fix this , at the moment I'm doing this to the user desc:
$desc = preg_replace("/\r?\n/", "
", $guider['desc']['value']);

is this the best solution, or do you have another idea?

Looks like you're creating guiders dynamically from a PHP script? I think the bug is that you are dynamically generating Javascript code from PHP, but when there are multiple lines, you are not using a backslash to continue on multiple lines. Thus, Javascript's automatic semicolon generation is kicking in. This means that your script is getting semicolons in places where it shouldn't have them. You either need to replaces the newline characters with backslashes (see for instance: http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1134641&page=4) or delete them entirely, as you did.
