Kubectl integration

Integrate this functionality into kubectl, given kubectl is capable of calling non-go other libs/binaries.

Based on feedback by DevOps Paradox.

Binaries for Windows/Mac

Currently, only Linux generic binary is built. Rust installation and compilation from scratch is complicated for most users.

Make the build target Mac and Windows.

Detect standalone pods

Pods not tied to any deployment/replica set etc.

In some cases, pods are spawned by custom controllers. How to deal with that ? Define custom rule/path ? Ignore for now ?

Find endpoints not tied to services

Search for secrets in Ingresses

Ingresses might link to secret maps and configs as well, e.g. in the tls section.
