Implement script for complete creation of the workbook

A folder with all the VBA modules, plus one than once copied in a new, clean wb will create a new wb with all the sheets and cells, including formatting. This will convert the whole project into text source code, not excel format.

I can't open MS Excel program. and I can't find VisualOligoDeg.xlsm which you mentiond on wiki.

I need to test this program for primer design.
