fix authentication

Authentication should probably be fixed because I cannot be bothered with manually pushing.

When print(course.sections) is called in manipulator_example.py

Only Sidebar information is returned

how is a specific section referenced after the self.lms.get_instructor_course_list() is complete?

Setup testing procedures

Use whatever methods you see fit to develop the initial test environment: unittest, pytest, nose, tox, mock. Maybe add site badges if you can but not necessary.

Adjust documentation respectively.

We can also create some selenium based scripts for testing the flask app
