Fix failing test for nonbatchwise

Currently the nonbatchwise tests are failing on my machine since injection_order is passed as a dataframe with one column instead of a list.

Check if class column in metadata need to be character/factor

R CMD check fails as the Author field in description is actually always required, eventhough the Authors@R field is present.

Setup CI with custom action

The CI can maybe be moved to a action.yaml file so that the action can be referenced from the workflows for the github actions. This way we can actually run the tests with multiple runners (windows, ubuntu, mac) and not replicate the action code.

Rename repository to recetox-waveica?

@martenson @maximskorik as this repository now contains an altered version of WaveICA, should we follow along with what we did in other repositories where we changed the packages and rename this to recetox-waveica and the R package to recetox.waveica, just to be concise?

This change should then also be reflected in the bioconda package (where this is already the case) and the galaxy tools?
