S3 assets missing

@djones do you have any ideas? Seems like images are missing, e.g. if you to go https://www.refinerycms.com/blog

Hosting page doesn't provide value

I think we should delete this page. There's not really a good reason for it to be there. We shouldn't be pushing any particular hosting provider.

Last commit message on home page is misleading

It says "Updated about 3 hours ago by Philip Arndt." but as far as I can tell it's been longer than that.

I would suggest removing that feature completely. It's not very useful. If folks want to accurately get a pulse on the project, they should look here https://github.com/refinery/refinerycms/pulse which gives you a much better idea.

Blog post authors are inaccurate

They all say "brice sanchez" when that is not the case.

Trademark notice is missing

Something like this would be acceptable: "Copyright © 2017 Refinery CMS. Refinery CMS a trademark of Resolve Digital."

Missing Images on Guides

This is particularly bad because it's the most common guide for folks to go through.

Extending Models Guide Formatting Broken

There's a bunch of encoding errors like "%>", "```shell" or "```ruby" show up in code blocks. It makes the code samples extremely hard to understand.

"Showcase" is nested under "Tour"

Why do we force the user to go inside "Tour" to get to "Showcase" when there's nothing else under "Tour"?

I would suggest just removing "Tour" and having "Showcase" as top level navigation.

Enable https for website

I think that wii be a good choice to enable HTTPS on website. For free we can use https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ to get the certificate and renew it each 90 days.

When I viste the website https://www.refinerycms.com/ I get 500 error.

remove membership from list of engines

The engine fails to install. In a thread on the issue from 10 months ago at

rbriank/refinerycms_membership#30

the author says that he has not worked on this in quite some time.

Guides lost formatting

Here you can see a tip, warning and some code tags.

Each lack proper formatting. Tips and warnings should also have some sort of background colour applied so they don't look like a paragraph. Code blocks would be better if they had a light gray background.
