Experience label colors

Currently the color for experience labels for common is different from the color for firmware instead matching the color of "needs-electrical". The rest of the colors are standardized across the repos which makes a lot more sense.

Angle between two points can return a nan in some cases

The results of the dot product can sometimes be just above 1. When this is passed into acos there is a domain error which results in a nan. Just doing bounds checking should fix this.

Remove everything relating to QT5 in common

This is causing some pretty annoying errors when trying to compile and link common libraries with firmware libraries and since there is no way firmware needs to use QT, there is no need for it in common.

rtp.hpp and protobuff files

rtp.hpp and the protobuf files should work better together, such as sharing enums for data in the packet
