rqt plugin.xml missing

Can you check the content of the files that the program is complaining about? For example, run:

cat /Users/tudoroancea/miniforge3/envs/ros_env/share/qt_gui_cpp/plugin.xml

In my case (but it is linux) everything works fine and the output is:

(ros-humble) traversaro@IITICUBLAP257:~$ cat ${CONDA_PREFIX}/share/qt_gui_cpp/plugin.xml
<library path="src">
  <class name="CppPluginProvider" type="qt_gui_cpp.cpp_plugin_provider.CppPluginProvider" base_class_type="qt_gui_py::PluginProvider">

Indeed, in my case rqtis running fine. However, I checked the package as in https://anaconda.org/robostack-staging/ros-humble-qt-gui-cpp/2.2.2/download/osx-arm64/ros-humble-qt-gui-cpp-2.2.2-py310hd751b12_2.tar.bz2, and also in the osx-arm64 the file ${CONDA_PREFIX}/share/qt_gui_cpp/plugin.xml seems to exists, so I am not sure why rqt is complaining.

For some reason, after reinstalling the conda env from scratch, it worked just fine. The plugin.xml files now all exist.
