How to get giaffe_roh_sgmt.csv and roh_outputs_giraffe.csv.

Hello,
I use your script of estimate_roh.R. I get the file, and named hbdseg.csv.

It have about one million row. But I don't know that how to convert hbdseg.csv to input file for plot_froh.R.
Could you provide something tips.
