Hello James, nice to hear you find the library useful. I am trying to reproduce your issue but setting the nodata value (for example to 0) seems to be working as expected in a series of tests. For the webgl rendering as well as for the javascript fallback. Im not sure if it is an issue related to how the rendering is done in combination with open layers. Could you provide a code snippet on how you are using it? Or maybe even point to the file you are using? **edit: Looking at the provided image i had another idea, setting the no data value will make plotty not to render it, meaning all blue will disappear and only relatively small features (some pixels) will have color. Are you sure nothing is being rendered?

Looking at your second point, this doesn't seem to be the case unfortunately:

I managed to resolve my issue, looks like the extent wasn't set correctly which must have been throwing some of the logic off somewhere in the library. My bad!
