is it possible for you to turn on SYS/displayErrors in the installtool settings? Then you will get more informations about the error which may help me to find the problem.

displayErrors is active. Here's the log:

the error seems to occur if no sys_file_reference having a copyright can be found. I'll do a commit for this.

I hope the Commit solves the problem for you. Please notice that the list plugin is only searching for active pages or content elements having images which have a copyright, yet.

I'll make some more updates before pushing to TER.
