sphinx search not working

I can't get the sphinx search to work. It also doesn't seem to work on engineauth's docs. Any advice welcome :(

Broken html_logo image path in navbar when a page is in a subdirectory

The logo image in the navbar has an incorrect src attribute path for pages in subdirectories. It needs to be made relative to the page location.

I've set my html_logo setting in conf.py to a PNG image in the _static directory. It works for the pages that are in the root of the Sphinx project folder, but I have subdirectories under it, and when I navigate to a page in a subdirectory, the logo disappears from the navbar.

Looking at the HTML source, I see that for pages in subdirectories, the <img src= still points to _static/myimage.png but _static is in the root, so it needs to be made relative to the page location and should be something like ../_static/myimage.png or ../../_static/myimage.png, etc.

It works with the Haiku theme that is supplied with Sphinx.

Using sphinx-bootstrap-theme v0.3.5.
Using sphinx v1.2.

navbar CSS not white in IE 8, 9

Hi,

Great theme! I noticed that the navbar is still showing the boostrap-typical grey in IE 8 and 9.

Removing

filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#333333', endColorstr='#222222', GradientType=0);

from the bootstrap.css fixes this, but I don't know enough about CSS to properly override this in sphinx-bootstrap.css.
