Increase space available between frame and X motor

If we use eavy ziptie ( 1mm thik) to secure the motor cable around the X motor the zipTie force again the verticale frame because the gap between motor and frame is to small.

May be it could be a good idea to decrease the left width side of the verticale frame of fews mm ( 2 or 3 ) to increase the gap between motor and frame or extend the lenght of the plastic X motor holder and move it from the same distance to achieve the same result.

Getting vectorial imagem

Hey,

Sorry for the dump question, I'm not know anything about this 3d modeling.

I want to send the schematic of this model to be cut in a shop with laser, the guy at the shop have asking me about the vectorial image of the scheme, to be able to get exact measures.

How can I get the vectorial image?

Thanks

2D "feathers" on y motor mount

In the openSCAD 3D rendering, I've noticed some two dimensional "feathers" sticking up from the rounded edges of the y motor mount on the horizontal plate:

These feathers are present on stl exports of the plates too, which is really annoying and has already cause me some problems and made me wonder what else might be wrong with the outputs.

The issue here is that openSCAD approximates arcs and so two arcs that should be identical don't always subtract cleanly. PR to workaround this specific spot forthcoming...

leadscrew

Hi! Watch your work in the neighboring repository already asked a question about the extruder.

Question about X ends. Do you plan in the future to replace the building studs 5mm on leadscew?

I tried to edit the existing model, but due to lack of experience and poor performance sketchup under Linux (Wine) I have nothing good happened.

we are talking about, such screws: http://www.ebay.com/itm/8mm-4-Start-L100-600mm-SS-Lead-Screw-Flange-Nut-For-CNC-3D-Printer-Z-Axis-/131363072975?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item1e95d96bcf

middle feet too short

Hi, It seems that the feet that come down off of the vertical_plate are too short and don't touch the ground.
They're exactly sheet_thickness too short.

broken links in readmes

Hi. Really great project, thanks for publishing your work here!
I plan to build one of these for my research so I might ask a few questions here from time to time.

Some of the links in the README.md files are broken.

GT2 belt issue on Y axis
