Do you have your tab size set at -xs? Change it to -L and autohide should work.

Yes, as @dreadbalaur says, it wouldnt work with XS, because XS is already the collapsed size. Tested with v1.5 and v1.6.

First, make sure your tabs are set to S

Or L
