Pieces of browser colour showing in fullscreen

Describe the bug

Full-screening videos (such as YouTube/Netflix) shows a small bar at the top and rounded corners at the edge instead of being truly "Fullscreen". Note that this is fixed by turning "ultima.xstyle.squared" to TRUE but I was wondering if it was possible to fix this while still using the rounded theme. Another note: I am using the catppuccin-mocha theme here but the same behaviour happens with the default theme.

Expected behavior

I expect fullscreen to only show the video I am watching with no parts of the browser showing.

• OS: Linux XFCE4 (but I am using ultima.os.gnome since the buttons line up better)
• Browser Version: Firefox 128.0 (using firefox --version, let me know if this is not the correct command)

NOTE: the imgur border can make it a bit difficult to see so if it opens in album mode I would recommend doing right click -> copy image link -> and view it that way so the URL has .png at the end. Zooming in on the top and corners should make it easy to see.

Youtube notifs look more vibrant than it should.

Many tabs overlapping with bottom buttons

As stated above, documented below. Although simple fix to max height seem to work, but needs to be done dynamically using variables and probably vh.

Theme breaks window control buttons

Changing the theme from System to anything else makes them too big.

Although readme wrote that supported mac, but completely broken.

Dragging tabs doesn't work

This design looks so cool but I wish you could drag and drop tabs to reorder them because I do that everyday. When I try to reorder my tabs, the selected tab is always placed at the very top or bottom (so it becomes the first tab or last tab in the list).

Maybe there's a way to fix this? Ideally so that it behaves the same way it does in standard Firefox.

Experiencing difficulties when attempting to detach tabs.

When attempting to detach a tab and create a new window in Firefox, I encounter an issue. Unlike the standard behavior, dragging the tab on top of the Firefox window doesn’t work as expected. To detach the tab, I currently need to either minimize Firefox and drag the tab out of the browser or move it to another monitor where Firefox isn’t present.

[Feature request] add support for hidding titles on pinned tabs

Same as Sidebery (and Firefox's default tabs), it'd be nice to be able to set the pinned tabs to display inline and icon-only

Adaptive tab color integration

So when I enable "allow light tab bar" in adaptive colors extension when I go to a light web page, the menu bar color doesn't change making text unreadable

Tabs hover issue

Possible tabs pixel misplacement, causing tabs to retract. Others issue I have observed is panel showing/hiding repeatedly, although I can't replicate that right now, which is commonly seen when you have scale effect on hover in CSS, don't if it is what causes the problem here.

URL Bar Shadow Persisting

Hey, I just wanted to say love the work you did on FF ULTIMA. It's an awesome CSS! I have a question for you regarding version 1.8, however. It's not a huge deal, but I noticed on the new version there is a URL bar shadow regardless of the theme I use. Previous versions respected the theme, and would allow for the URL bar to blend into the top panel but on this version the shadow persists. Is there a way to disable this, or is it something I should submit as a bug on your GitHub?

Again, love your work, I just wanted to point this out, as I looked through the files and could not find any way to disable it myself! Here are some screenshots of before 1.8 and 1.8's current behavior

Remove transparency styling

I do not dig the transparent aesthetic of the menu panels (e.g., context and extension menu) and would like to remove it.

Ironically, I managed to do this back in v1.6, but I decided to do a clean update to the latest release today and could not remember for the life of me how to do it again.

Minor update to "Hard Way" instructions

Describe the bug

It took me a couple of tries to realize that, after setting up the theme the Hard Way that it's necessary to move all the files from the FF-ULTIMA folder to the parent directory before proceeding. I'd recommend adding that to the instructions, although other than that they were very very good instructions once I actually followed them correctly.

Expected behavior

Instructions work exactly as written, even for Linux noobs. But there is a step missing, something like:

mv FF-ULTIMA/* FF-ULTIMA/.[!.]* .
rmdir FF-ULTIMA

Right Side Vertical Tabs

Issue #29 was closed for the same request but not sure if this was implemented, went through about:config settings but could not find any setting to get it done. Would love to have vertical tabs on right side.

auto hide tabs help

i dont think this is a bug and just a thing I don't know how to do. i saw in the videos that when you hover the side bars it like expands and mine doesn't i tried everything followed the stuff that i think turns it on but nothingg it didn't work idk if i did it wrong or not but im new to these so i don't really know much.

Light/Dark Mode Not Working

Light/Dark mode are not working. toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets = true, when changing Windows settings to light/dark, this does not apply either. Not the most proficient in debug mode & working within CSS, so I'm thinking maybe this is a me error somehow.

Rearrange Tabs Causes Tabs to Stack

Whenever I attempt to rearrange my tab order the side-tab bar collapses

I just recently installed this theme in LibreWolf and it seems that different types of controls are show one in top of another.

Every OS option adds padding for a title bar. I do not have a title bar so it is just a big gap I can't get rid of.

Expected behavior:

Be able to disable the title bar padding either as a separate toggle or as an additional OS option

Unclear what values control certain elements when creating theme.

I do think there is poor documentation on what variables affect what part of the UI. The names are unintuitive.
However, I was able to find out what most of the variables do. Although some still evade me, I am not sure what controls the color when hovering over the new tab button; for me, it looks like no color at all. Also, I do not know what controls the border and text of the tooltip. Do you by chance know where I can change these colors?

Sidebery Pinned Tabs and Margin Issues

After importing the sidebery json file into sidebery the pinned tabs on collapse get smaller like they should but stay in a line as apposed to the grid view show in the preview example. In addition I would like to add a margin to the left side of the screen (where sidebery is for me) that reflects the view of the one on the right as currently sidebery is pressed right up against the left side of the window/screen

sidebar auto switch

hey,dude,i like your THEME，but i dont like the auto enlarge of the sidebar when mouse points to it ，I want tabbar to keep narrow,or i can switch it by a butoon、hotkeys or etc.Could you add this function? thank you.

When the close button is allowed to appear, a mix of pinned and unpinned tabs will cause the icon to shake.

Config settings not saving

Ultima settings in about:config page are resetting after browser restart. For example, I turn on ultima.tabs.xs option and turn off any other ultima.tabs.X option. And after restart my settings reset to default

Close & Min/Max buttons

The buttons are not aligned perfectly making the highlight area extend onto the page.

Top bar triggers tab autohide/autoexpand

Probably due to the way it was coded, but every time I want to do anything on the top bar, the vertical tabs will automatically expand as well.

Containers tabs coloring

Where or what should I modify to make the tabs that are in a container use as background color the color of the container?

Bookmark \ Traffic Lights

Hello! Good looking theme btw. Is not a bug is just a question, is there posible to see "traffic lights" controls on Windows? and is there a way to add autohide bookmark tab?

"This time, search with" is gone

The "this time, search with" row in the search bar is gone. I do use it a lot to search through different wikis, bookmarks, and history. Is there a way to restore it?

Even when I try and hover over were the close button would be nothing appears.

Had a fresh installation of Firefox, have tried different containers & tab sizes in config, nothing seems to make the icons not stutter other than turning off auto-hide sidebar.

Why the bezel around content window?

I've seen this become increasingly common among css themes, I'm guessing inspiration was taken from Arc browser.

I just don't understand it from a functional standpoint when your cutting off useable space, so less content can be displayed.

No x to close tabs

Installed FF-Ultima and got everything running as I'd like, but since default install I haven't had x's on my Tabs to easily close them. Anyway to fix this w/o re-installing? 🙏 THX

Enabling Auto-Hide not working.

Even after unticking the autohide line, hovering over the tabs does not work.

moving the mouse cursor to the top right corner doesn't highlight the close button

As the title implies, moving the cursor to the very top right corner doesn't highlight the close button, like there's an empty space there. On a similar note, moving the cursor to the left edge of the screen doesn't expand the tabs, you have to move a few pixels to the right for it to expand (again like there's an empty space). Here's a video that might explain it better.

Window controls not properly displayed

I would like to start with thank you for theme, first impression was great, I disliked TreeStyleTab for its clunkiest and hack-ines.
But I noticed some problems.

As you can see, controls are not properly displayed.
I would like them to at least align in the center, and maybe moved slightly to the left.

While my initial approach of adding width to #titlebar-buttonbox worked, it posed some difficulties.
Ghost controls are seen in the background, unsure where to find them in CSS.

Platform: Linux Manjaro 64-bit
DE: Plasma 5

Will try if this is the same without Ultima later.

And I would like to add that most of the themes in Firefox break controls, they are too large to toolbox.

And another slightly smaller issue I have, no close tab button on tabs.
Unsure if this is some option, as in some of your screen you have them, then on some don't.
