noetic version Could NOT find Python2 (missing: Python2_LIBRARIES Python2_NumPy_INCLUDE_DIRS NumPy Development) (found version "2.7.18")

after clone branch release/noetic/pinocchio
when catkin build -j2

it shows err info :
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.16/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:146 (message):
Could NOT find Python2 (missing: Python2_LIBRARIES
Python2_NumPy_INCLUDE_DIRS NumPy Development) (found version "2.7.18")

but noetic has not enviroment about python2 ,
so how can I catkin build in noetic ubuntu20.04

Release latest versions in ROS1 and ROS2

Thanks for supporting Pinocchio in ROS! Since February 2023, Pinocchio developers have introduced new features. In particular, I am interested in having the extended support of pybind11, which is needed to run CI jobs.
