reader's Issues

Bring full screen mode back to life

Needs some fiddling with app states.

Timing on initial load

Update outline as images are loaded (use dom mutation events)

Add support for Substance Zip files

Using browser back buttons breaks click handlers (0.3.0)

Probably related to my attempt to simplify state handling (using only one layer).

Reproduce:

1. click some figure refs (two times)
2. use browser back button
3. click on a figref again (->breaks as click handler doesn't come into effect)

Use bigger font for single column mobile

Ipad specifically...

Reader does not display anything

I would like to try out the Substance Reader, but it does not seems to work. I downloaded the master folder, copied the dist folder, but when lauching the index.html file, it does not display anything. I have a totally blank page.

Any idea why this does not work?
