Vertical spacing gaps

Hi, thanks for the great script, I really love this font!
I have a question concerning the gaps between the | elements on this screenshot:

Somehow, the font height is being interpreted incorrectly under Mac OS X. There is one extra pixel on the top and one extra pixel at the bottom. Another example, comparing the same screen on Linux and Mac OS X:

What setting should I tweak to get rid of that gaps? Note that compatibility for both Mac and Linux isn't a major issue; I can use original font under Linux and a tweaked one on the Mac.

According to https://products.aspose.app/font/viewer, I get this. Why the wide spacing?

The space makes file and folder names problematic

Can not generate sharp-looking Terminus TTF

Hi,

Thanks for creating Terminus TTF and making the scripts available! I tried to generate a patched version of Terminus (td1, with centered tidle ~), but I failed to generate the same sharp-looking fonts as you provided on files.ax86.net. See the attached figure (left - my generated version, right - your version). The difference is quite obvious for font sizes 12 - 24.

I've followed steps as you mentioned in the README file. Do you have any idea why this difference happens and are there any parameters I need to tune to generate the same sharp-looking TTF fonts?
