Minor revisions

I came across your licence and thought some improvements could be made.

The term "Original Author" needs to be specified in the beginning and needs to be used in place of the generic "the author", because it makes a paradox of the original author and author that may have modified the source code, because "the author" could pose as the original author in some rules/sentences.

Lines 42-43 contain non-legal language like "that's on you", so you might want to clean that up.

The phrases non-free, closed-source and open source need to be clarified, they are terms that are used multiple times without being defined in the beginning. This could create some legal loopholes.

Also, the last paragraph's wording is very confusing. I'll leave that up to you to decide how to fix it.

I get that this is a meme license, but I want to point out that the software license cannot legally control the output of a program. See the question "Is there some way that I can GPL the output people get from use of my program? For example, if my program is used to develop hardware designs, can I require that these designs must be free? (#GPLOutput)" from the GPL FAQ.

The CC-BY-SA-4.0 license should cover everything else that is mentioned in this license.

New BASED-CS-DL Branch

I have created a branch of the license to allow for usage in closed-source programs and program bundles. It also allows for dependencies and other software that requires the one licensed under BASED-CS-DL to be under a different license. You can add it to a branch of this head repo if you wish.
