Issue with Installation

Hello! I'm trying to install apscale_gui, and have all of the dependencies installed. However, when I run the command apscale_gui, I get the following error message:
INTEL MKL ERROR: dlopen(/Users/alexandriaim/opt/anaconda3/lib/libmkl_core.dylib, 0x0009): tried: '/Users/alexandriaim/opt/anaconda3/lib/libmkl_core.dylib' (no such file), '/System/Volumes/Preboot/Cryptexes/OS/Users/alexandriaim/opt/anaconda3/lib/libmkl_core.dylib' (no such file), '/Users/alexandriaim/opt/anaconda3/lib/libmkl_core.dylib' (no such file). Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load libmkl_core.dylib.

Any thoughts about what might be causing this?

two things :

1. I have a very very tiny windows, is there a way to calibrate the window of apscale to the screen resolution?

2. If I apply the changes to the parameter for the all in one analysis, I am getting an error message:

Why nothing except renaming works? :)

Hi Till,

this tool looks very nice, but so far, I have only achieved all the golden medals for crashing and empty files in PE merging. Not even the Quality Control works.

I see no problem in the installation, settings, nor sample files, do you? I tried fastq.gz files from different runs and projects without any success. It crashes immediately, as if it cant even start the processes.
It would be great if we could fix this, please ;) thanks!

Multiple primers/markers

In the improvment, is it possible to use apscale with multiple markers or we need to run the program for each markers?

An Error Message Occured during OTU Clustering Initialization

Hello!

I got an error message (Unexpected error: <class 'IndexError'>) at the begining of "OTU Clustering" step (following steps were completed: "paired-end merging, primer trimming, quality filtering, starting dereplication & pooling"), and the vSearch module was installed. Do you have any recommendations for this situation?
