Year-specific patches in fawkes-buildenv

Regarding the year I see two options:

  • add it to tag name the same way it is done for, e.g., fawkes-robotino (@morxa suggested this in #6)
  • add all patches to the buildenv in year-specific directories

I'm actually leaning towards the second option. The buildenv depends on the Fedora and ROS versions only, besides the patches there is nothing that makes it specific to a Fawkes release. Packaging all patches (which is a minor overhead) allows for customization further down the chain, i.e., in fawkes-robotino and similar.
