Here in wiki, might not be very clear though. :(

Things to do:

  • Complete JavaDoc documentation.
  • Add a fully featured demo project.

About naming, I felt the builder pattern should work in tandem with the output xml elements and attributes.

Well, in that case, some javadoc describing the parameters would definitely be helpful. Unless you are assuming your users will want (or need) to become very familiar with the XML. I have almost never looked at the FXLauncher XML because the gradle plugin builds it for me.

The behaviour is clearly documented in the wiki.

I read it twice and it wasn't clear to me. Maybe I'm just slow. Could you point me at the section that describes it? TIA!

This project looks promising and I'm trying to use this in my javafx project. However, I also find the documentation quite hard to understand at first glance (for me as a beginner) and lacking certain details to get started.

For example, there's no explanation as to where and how to use the SingleInstanceManager, what libraries should be included in the xml (FXLauncher automatically resolves that), and how this can be used with javapackager or native installer and still work (as the install location seems to be specified in the path parameter in withBase() method?).

I don't suppose you have a working example? That would answer a lot of questions :)

Can't be more agreed with this. A full walkthrough would be really helpful and saving lots of headaches.
