help retrieving score sets for nucleotide variants

Hi, Can you please help with retrieving all score sets for nucleotide variants, and how to interpret the values to be pathogenic or benign?
The code I am trying in R is:

s1 <- mave$getScoreSet("urn:mavedb:00000041-a-1")
s1$getScoreColumns()

Bug in MaveDB API urls

The upcoming version of MaveDB fixes a bug allowing API calls to omit the model type directory. Currently /api/<urn>/ works but in the next update this will return a 404. The intended urls are:

  • /api/scoresets/<urn>/<file>/
  • /api/experimentsets/<urn>/
  • /api/experiments/<urn>/

I can fork this package and submit a PR if you would like?

hgvs_pro instead of hgvs for filter

Hi ,

All data.frame datasets are requried to have a field labelled hgvs and score.

However, it appears as though the column for hvgs has been relabelled hgvs_pro . Are hvgs and hvgs_pro identical?

Can I just rename the column.
