vector graphics format instead of bitmap

Fantastic effort to provide schema Burkov_100ml !

Would it be possible to make a vector graphics / postscript available (.svg, .ai , ps)?
I would like to make a A0 print of the schema and hang it on my bedroom-wall, but blowing up the png bitmap limited, >150dpi will make the small print blurry at best and not readable.
A vector graphics format would also be easier to make a true PDF file(to read without errors on my tablet) and for personal use I would be able to alter the schema for another colour coding.
